Full Job Description:
As a Client Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships. You will oversee client accounts and ensure the delivery of high-quality verification services.
Responsibilities:
- Authorized to make and amend reports for the clients and also to share the reports with the client
- Authorized for raising Invoice & follow up for payments.
- Interacting with the client for all their queries and understanding the requirements.
- Responsible for meeting the Total Actual Time (TAT) taken for each case.
- Responsible for making consolidated status report.
- Responsible for conducting Quality Check on the completed reports.
- Responsible for training and motivating their respective team members to meet the client requirements.
- 1st level escalation point for Team Leaders
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum Graduate with Experience in Employee Background Verification
Experience:
5-10 years
Skills Required:
Good Ms Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Skills, Excellent Communication skills, Relevant Experience.
