Full Job Description:
As a Quality Analyst, you will ensure that all verification processes meet our high standards of quality. You will be responsible for auditing verification processes and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- To check the accuracy of the verification received (Minimum 98% accuracy)
- To ensure that the completed reports are made in Client defined format within 24hrs of allocation.
- Responsible for 1st and 2nd level Quality check.
- Cross check the check list & the EVF’s provided by the client.
- Highlighting the errors to the respective teams (Employment, Education, Data Entry, Initiation, Address Check, Criminal Check, Report Writers) and the Client Managers Internally within 24 hours of allocation.
- Root Cause Analysis and CA.
- To monitor & to meet all the agreed metrics with the client.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 2 years Experience in BGV
Skills Required:
Communication Skills , Content Creation skills, Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel), 21 or 25 words per minute
