As the founder, I've built my company into an established background verification brand in 8 locations, with over 300 clients. I also run Value Lanes, which specialises in behavioural competency development. With over 16 years of experience in para special forces and the military police corps, I hold a master degree in human resources and an MBA in personnel management.

I enjoy reading and golfing. These activities provide a healthy break from my professional obligations and help me maintain a well-rounded lifestyle.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and cycling, as well as mentoring new professionals to emphasize my dedication to personal growth and community engagement.

Director

I have worked in the BGV business for 25.5 years, including 17+ years at Vibrant, where he specializes in operational efficiency and strategic management. I manage hiring, marketing, operations, and process development, and hold a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Pune.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and exploring new culinary experiences with my family. I also love travelling to unwind and explore new cultures, which positively impacts both my personal and professional life.

As Senior Manager Operations, I have 30 years of experience in the BGV industry , 22 years of experience in Vibrant. I specialize in operations, vendor management, and customer relations. I have an MBA and am currently pursuing an LLB.

In my personal life, I prioritize spending time with family, enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, and mentoring new professionals, showcasing my commitment to personal development and community involvement.

I have worked in Vibrant with over 20 years of experience in the BGV industry since 2004, specializing in background checks, premium client interactions, and operational functions such as process development, invoicing, and internal audits. I hold degrees in B.A. and B.Com.

In addition to my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family and gardening, which reflects my balanced approach to life. I'm passionate about learning, enjoy driving, and stay active with outdoor games.

As the HR I have 16 years of experience in the BGV business, 9 years at Vibrant as a human resources specialist. I oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing to exit, utilizing her educational background in BSc, PGDHRM, MBA, MLM, and LLB to thrive in HR functions.

I really enjoy getting involved in the community and spending time with my family. Outside of work, I strive to make a positive impact by showing compassion and a dedication to overall well-being.
