Vibrant Screen Private Limited is a reputed employee background verification service provider established in 2002. We are engaged by the User’s Employer to conduct the employee background verification for their employees.
1. Objective
The objective of this Policy is to protect the privacy of individuals dealing with us and to explain how We collect, use, disclose and store Personal Information in accordance with the APPs.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal, sensitive and information pertaining to any hardcopy or electronic record collected or created by Vibrant Screen Private Limited.

Any statistical information or data that does not identify individuals, that might be released to third parties except those of our clients requiring that information for the purposes of evaluating a Vibrant Screen Private Limited offer for professional services, research, and analysis, or in compliance with a request from a bona fide law enforcement agency.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from the user when the user register on our site, filling out the Employee Verification Form along with supporting documents required to process user’s information. When registering on our site, fill out Employee Verification form, as appropriate to the verification purpose. User may be asked to enter your Personal, Residential, Academic and Previous employment details for processing employee background verification as per the requirement with the user’s employer.
What do we use your information for?
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the Employee Background Verification Service requested by the user’s employer.
Any of the information and documents we collect from the user may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process the information and documents provided by the user and validate the same from the issuing authority’s information available.
- To verify the information available on the public domain and ascertain the information is correct.
- We may use the details to visit the user resident as per the requirement of Background verification and may conduct a digital address verification through the GPS coordinates.
- The information and documents shall be shared with the verifying authorities to ascertain the information provided by the user. The verifier is already in the position of the available information with us and they validate the same and provide a confirmation.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We provide the information to the verifying authorities to verify the information provided by the user. Moreover, the verifier is already in position of the user information and documents provided by the user to Vibrant. The information and documents is only validated by the verifying authorities. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Third party links:
Vibrant Screen Private Limited may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and the user acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. These Verifying third- party sites have separate and independent privacy policies and the user information is only used for process the verification purpose. We have agreements with the third parties who process the employment details of the user however, we do not have any agreement with the educational institutes who conduct education verification on the user provided documents and information. The education institutes are already in position of the user information and they verify the same for verification process.
Your Consent:
The user gives the consent by acknowledging/signing the “Letter Of Authorization” LOA and we shall not process the information until the User consent is provided by signing a “LOA”.
Data Retention:
The information and document will be retained as per the retention policy with the User’s Employer and Vibrant Screen Private Limited.
Process Certification:
We are ISO 27001:2013 certified and the Information Security is as per the controls of the standard.
