Full Job Description:
As a Process Executive at Vibrant Screen Pvt Ltd, you will manage and oversee various verification processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our background verification services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service by handling and processing verifications promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- To verify the details with the verifying authorities.
- To authenticate the documents produced.
- Follow up process followed on cases where we have not received verification confirmation.
- Checking if the report is Green, Amber, Red.
- Tracking the end-to-end process from initiation to completion and post completion.
- Reporting to the team leaders on a daily basis & submitting their status report on daily processes.
- Interaction with other locations to conduct/expedite the process of verification.
- Extending support to other Branches based on requirement.
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate /PUC with Experience
Experience:
Fresher / upto 2 years Experience
Skills Required:
Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills (Word Excel), Analytical Skills, Typing Speed (minimum 21 to 25 words per minute)
